Jump up, Jump up and get down!

Hallo meine Lieben,
im Moment fühle ich mich ein bisschen wie der Titel des Liedes: "Jump up, jump up and get down". Ich habe viele tolle, aufregende Projekt sowohl beruflich als auch für den Blog. Und springe zwischen allem hin und her. Nach Abschluss eines "Projekts" schnaufe ich erst mal durch, schlafe viel und dann suche ich mir sofort ein Neues. Sonst habe ich ein komisches Gefühl, fühlt sich an wie Hinfallen ohne Aufzustehen.

right at this time I sometimes feel kind of like in the song: "Jump up, jump up and get down!". I've got plenty of great and exciting project job-related as well as blog-related. And I kind of jump around between those the whole time. After successfully finishing one project, I breathe deeply, sleep a lot and then searching for a new one to finish. Not doing so feels strange, like falling down without getting up again.

es gibt wohl kaum ein Kleidungsstück, welchem man eine gute Qualität so sehr ansieht, wie einer tollen Lederjacke. Ich kaufe grundsätzlich eher günstig und habe dafür immer mal was Neues im Schrank. Jedoch gibt es gewisse Teile, da lohnt es sich eine tolle Qualität zu kaufen, da sie den Look einfach ausmachen. Ich bin total verliebt in die gesteppten Teile der Jacke :-)

there are little clothing pieces where a good quality is more observable then with a good leather jacket. Basically I tend to buy clothes to favorable pieces and have therefore frequently new pieces in my closet. However there are certain pieces, which a worth buying an oustanding quality, because they a making the look perfect. I'm totally in love with the quilted details of this jacket :-)

ich bin geblitzt worden, leider viel zu schnell. So schnell, dass ich jetzt um meinen Führerschein bangen muss. Ich verstehe mich selbst eigentlich nicht. Ich beschwere mich oft, dass wir (inklusive mir selbst) alles so zwischendurch und nebenbei machen, wir bekommen alles ein bisschen mit, aber genießen bwz. erleben kaum noch etwas richtig bewusst. Im Prinzip, sind wir eine Generation, die einfach irgendwie (zu) schnell lebt. Wenn mir das bewusst ist, warum bin ich dann so ungeduldig, wenn es nicht schneller geht? Haben wir "langsam und mit Weile" schon verlernt??

I got caught by a speed camera, unfortunately way too fast. So fast that I now have to worry about my driving licence. I don't really understand myself. I'm often complaining about the fact that, we (myself included) doing things always in the meantime and along the way, we are noticing nearly everything, but enjoying respectively experiencing rarely anything consciously. Basically we are a generation which is living life (too) fast. When I'm aware of that, why am I so impatient when something needs time? Did we already forget doing something with "patience and time"??

Opposites attract

Hallo Ihr Süßen,
oft sitze ich neben alten Freunden oder Familienmitgliedern und frage mich, wann sind wir eigentlich so unterschiedlich geworden. Besonders fällt mir dies immer wieder bei meiner Schwester auf. Rein genetisch ist Sie mir der ähnlichste Mensch auf der Welt, aber charakterlich könnten zwei Menschen wohl kaum unterschiedlicher sein. Manchmal ist das schwer zu verstehen oder auch zu akzeptieren. Gerade in einer engen Beziehung, wollen wir manchmal den anderen verändern, denn das würde es uns um vieles leichter machen. Zum Glück können wir Andere nicht verändern, sondern nur uns selbst.

Wie ich darauf komme? Schwarz und weiß, sehr unterschiedliche Farben, trotzdem diese Season die besten Freunde und irgendwie schön, das sie so gegensätzlich sind. Sonst wäre ja alles grau in grau.


Hello my sweets,
often I sit next to friends or family members and continuous asking myself, when did we became so differential. This question especially appears when it comes to my sister. Genetically she is the nearest person to me, but temperamentally two persons couldn't be any more different. Sometimes this fact is hard to understand or also to accept. Even in a close relationship we sometimes try to change somebody, because this would make things much easier for us. Fortunately it's not possible to change somebody else, we can only change ourselves.

Why this topic came to my mind? Black and white, very diverse fabric colors, but best friends this season. And I love the diversity otherwise everything would become grey and drab.

Und dadurch fallen mir Entscheidungen oft richtig schwer. Seht ihr euren Weg ganz klar vor euch oder seid ihr auch oft abgelenkt von den Möglichkeiten, die sich rechts und links des Weges bieten?

sometimes I feel like becoming a little bit crazy. There are so many opportunities in life and I'm a person who wants to see, feel and experience everything that life offers me. A big disadvantage of this characteristic is, that it's sometimes very hard for me to make a decision. What's about you? Are you quite certain what you exactly expect of your life or do you also get kind of distracted about all the opportunities along the way?

ich habe von Via Appia eine richtig tolle Jacke bekommen. Es ist wohl keine Geheimnis, das ich auf Tweed bzw. Chanel Look-Alike Jacken einfach stehe. Und die Jacke ist wirklich super weich, bequem und zudem noch in neon ;-)) Dazu meine neue Acid-Washed destroyed Boyfriend Jeans und mein Tag kann nur gut werden.

I got a really great jacket from Via Appia. It's not a secret that I'm really into tweed Chanel-Look-Alike jackets. And this one is really soft, comfy and in neon ;-)) It's got to be a great day with this jacket in combination with my new acid washed destroyed boyfriend Jeans.
