Curves in denim: The Dress

Hallo meine Schönen,
dieses Kleid habe ich vor ca. einem Monat bei River Island bestellt. Eine tolle Marke, die irgendwie immer meinen Geschmack trifft, nur leider ist es immer ein Bangen, ob ich in die bestellten Sachen auch wirklich reinpasse. Der Shop bietet nur Sachen bis Größe 44 an und wenn das mal ein bisschen enger ausfällt, muss ich die schönen Sachen wieder zurückschicken. Das Kleid an sich, erinnert mich an den Sommer in dem ich 12 Jahre war, damals hatte ich ein Ähnliches und habe es fast jeden Tag getragen um ins Freibad zu gehen. Habt Ihr auch Kleidung die euch in eine andere Zeit zurückversetzt?

I ordered this dress about one month ago with River Island. A brand which I really like and which has everytime something for my taste. Unfortunately I always have to worry that the beautiful clothes I ordered won't fit me because the largest available size is EU 44 (UK 18). This dress in particular always reminds me of the summer when I was 12. Back then I had a pretty simular dress and I used to wear it almost everyday while going to the oper-air pool in my small hometown. Do you also have these kind of pieces which set you back in time?

irgendwie zieht sich die Liebe zur Mode schon durch mein ganzes Leben und sie macht auch vor meinem Freund nicht halt. Ich will nicht sagen, dass er darunter wirklich leiden muss, aber auf jeden Fall muss er ein Zimmer voller Klamotten akzeptieren, wird so manches mal umgestylt und macht eigentlich jeden Shopping-Trip mit.

Es ist ja bald Weihnachten und da kann man auch mal ein bisschen sentimental sein, auch wenn ich sonst eigentlich die unromantischte Frau der Welt bin. Deshalb stelle ich euch in diesem Post nicht nur die Mode als meine Liebe vor, sondern auch meine andere sehr Große. Mr. Curvy, du bist nicht nur "mein Freund", sondern auch mein bester Freund, den ich je hatte und haben werden. Es ist egal wie lange wir schon zusammen sind oder zusammen sein werden. Dies bleibt uns für immer.

my love to fashion is and always has been a big part of my life und doesn't spare my boyfriend. I wouldn't say that he has to smart under this love but at least he has to accept a whole room full of clothes and has to join in almost every shopping trip of mine.

Soon it's christmas and this time cause that even very unromantic women like me become kind of sentimentally. That's the reason I would like to introduce you to my second even greater love. Mister Curvy, you are not only my boyfriend, you are the best friend I ever had and will have in the future. No matter how long we are already together or will stay together in the future. This deep friendship will last forever.

Hi meine Lieben,

wer meinen Blog schon ein bisschen verfolgt hat weiß, dass ich nie besonders viel Make-Up trage. Nicht weil ich es nicht mag, sondern eher weil ich es nicht so besonders gut kann und mich dann schnell verkleidet fühle. Am letzten Samstag wollte ich aber unbedingt mal was neues ausprobieren und deshalb habe ich mir meinen ersten Lippenstift gekauft :-) Ich hoffe es gefällt euch. Das ist übrigens auch der neue Rundschal im Schrank :-)

Hi my dears,

everyone who already knows my blog and me a little bit, also knows that I'm not really wearing lots of make-up. Not because I don't like to, it's more that I'm not really talented when it comes to make-up and I feel kind of disguised very fast. Last saturday I decided that I want to try something new and that was the moment I bought my very first lipstick :-) I hope you like it. By the way this is my new Square Snood :-)
