ich hab mich sofort in diesen Rock verliebt. Leider sprengt er zurzeit wirklich mein Budget. Ich wollte ihn nur mal sehen, anfühlen und tragen. In der leisen Hoffnung, dass er mir gar nicht gefällt und ich Ihn ohne zu zucken zurückschicke, habe ich Ihn mir bestellt. Leider find ich Ihn toll und jetzt ist es noch schwerer ;-((

I immediately felt for this metallic skirt. Unfortunately my purse is painfully empty at the moment and this beauty is out of my budget by far. I just ordered it to see it, feel it and wear it only one time. My faint hope was that the skirt isn’t that great and I could just send it back without turning a hair. But it’s an amazing skirt and now that I saw it in real it’s even more difficult to let it go ;-((

River Island, my Kryptonite!

Hallo Ihr Lieben,
gestern Nacht überkam mich wieder dieses Kribbeln in den Fingern. Kennt Ihr das, Ihr legt alle Sachen, die Ihr schön findet, in den Warenkorb, nur um nachher festzustellen, dass es viel zu teuer ist und um ihn anschließend komplett wieder zu löschen. Das ging mir bei diesen Sachen ungefähr 4-mal so, in der letzten Woche. Das ist so ähnlich, wie wenn wir Frauen (mich eingeschlossen) in Zeitschriften diese Fragebögen "Wer bin ich? Was erwarte ich vom Leben? Bin ich bereit für ein Baby?" beantworten. Erst werden überall Kreuzchen gemacht, anschließend das unbefriedigende Ergebnis gelesen und dann ändern wir vorne einfach die Kreuzchen, sodass der Typ Frau rauskommt, für den wir uns eigentlich halten. Meine Lektion bzw. Botschaft von diesem ganzen Geschreibe ist im Prinzip, dass ich mich die ganze letzte Woche selbst verarscht habe. So wie mir mein Ergebnis in diesen Tests vorher klar ist, das ich aber nicht unbedingt hören will, war mir auch klar, dass ich mir diese Sachen früher oder später, ob nun in einer oder in zwei seperaten Bestellungen bestellen werde. Welche Shops machen euch ein bisschen unzurechnungsfähig?

do you know this itching to order clothes? You are placing countless beautiful pieces in your online shopping card, just to determine afterwards, that your order would be way to expensive and to delete your whole shopping card again. I have been there the last week for about four times with an order with River Island. Kind of simular to that, is the behavior of women (me included) while  answering one of this surveys in women's magazines like: "What's my real nature? What do I expect from life? Am I prepared for becoming a good mom?" First of all we are making everywhere our little crosses and answering this survey, afterwards we read the unsatisfactory result and then we start allover again and change all of our answers/crosses we made before. Basically my lesson and message of writing all of this is, that I was brain fucking myself the whole last week. Just like I know that the unsatisfactory results of this surveys are probably true, I also knew right from the start that I'm gonna order this clothes someway someday. Which shops make you kind of mentally incompetent?

Overknees: Dress them down!

Hallo meine Lieben,
durch groben Strick gelingt es recht schnell Textilien wie Lack und Leder, aber auch zum Beispiel Kleidungsstücke wie Overknees zu "entschärfen". Deswegen mag ich das Outfit auch sehr, es hat einen gewissen Mix/Kontrast aus sexy und Arglosigkeit. Was meint Ihr?

a clothing piece made of chunky wool smoothly compensate somehow kind of very sexy fabrics as high gloss, wet look or leather and even sexy accessories like overknee boots. Therefore I like this outfit, it's a mixture of artlessness and sexiness. What do you think?

Hallo meine Süßen,
geht es euch auch so, dass die letzten zwei Monate vorm Jahreswechsel immer voll gepackt sind mit Terminen, Feiern und Plänen. Warum ist das eigentlich so? Ergibt sich das einfach so oder steckt vielleicht doch mehr dahinter? Ist für euch Neujahr auch ein Neuanfang? Ein Abschluss vor dem Ihr Dinge noch zu Ende bringen wollt? An so stressigen Tagen hilft für mich nur ein Spaziergang und einmal tief Durchatmen!

Are we subconsciously influence or even create this stress ourselves? Is new year's eve also meaning a new beginning for you? An ending you want to bring different things to a close before? During stressful weeks like this a long walk with lots of fresh air helps me out!

Comfortable and confident

Hallo meine Süße,
es ist aus meiner Sicht immer die beste Wahl etwas zu tragen in dem man sich Wohl fühlt. Egal was für ein Kleidungsstück es ist, darin wird man immer die beste Ausstrahlung haben. Ich liebe diese neue Tunika von HSE24 und ich denke sie würde mit einer Strumpfhose noch besser aussehen, aber ich mag meine Knie nicht und ich würde mich dann einfach nicht 100%-ig wohlfühlen. Wie ist das bei euch, tragt ihr die Sachen dann trotzdem?

in my opinion it's always the best and the right choice to wear something you feel comfortable and confident in. I'm sure this tunic dress from HSE would look better with some tights, but I wouldn't feel 100% comfortable because I don't love my knees so much. What's about you?

Hallo meine Schätze,
wenn ich mich nicht ganz unabsichtlich verzählt habe, ist dies mein Siebtes und damit erst einmal letztes Outfit so ganz ohne Jeans. Und ich muss wirklich sagen, es war eine Herausforderung und ich glaube ich werde mir so schnell nicht wieder selbst so einen Zwang auferlegen. Vor allem nicht wenn es um Jeans geht ;-))))

And I really have to say it was a hard challenge for me and I don't really want to limit myself in this way again in the near future. Especially not when it comes to jeans ;-)))))

nun also schon mein fünftes Jeans-Outfit. Und ich muss sagen, auch wenn ich sonst wahrscheinlich zufällig 100 Jeans-Outfits hintereinander gepostet hätte ohne es auch nur zu merken, fühle ich mich schon jetzt ein bisschen eingeschränkt. Und komischerweise fallen mir jetzt nur lauter Outfits ohne Jeans ein. Hehe ;-) Wie ist das bei euch mit selbst auferlegten Regeln und Pflichten? Fällt es euch dann nicht auch immer viel schwerer, wenn ihr es euch fest vornehmt?

And I have to say, even when otherwise I propably would had published 100 denim outfits in a row without even noticing it, now I already feel kind of restricted in my selection of clothes. And funnily enough just outfit ideas without denim now coming to my mind. Hehe ;-) How do you feel about self-imposed rules?

Hi meine Lieben,
ich warte jetzt schon ca. zwei Wochen ganz ungeduldig um euch endlich meine Latzhose zeigen zu können. Unglaublich wie sehr ich mich darauf freue, sie ganz oft im Frühling und Sommer zu tragen. Vorallem weil es so easy ist, einfach reinschlüpfen und wohl und cool fühlen ;-))

since two weeks I'm impatiently waiting to do this post to finally show you my new dungarees. Unbelievable how much I'm looking forward to wear it very often in spring and summer. Especially because it's so easy, just slipping in and feel comfy and cool at the same time ;-))
