Kimono love-hate relationship

Hallo meine Lieben,
nach einer anstregenden und aufregenden FashionWeekWoche brauchte ich erst einmal eine Woche Erholung. Aber jetzt melde ich mich zurück und es gibt so viel zu erzählen und so viele Bilder zum zeigen, aber das schaffe ich leider nicht alles in diesem Post. Zunächst möchte ich euch eines meiner FashionWeek-Outfits zeigen. Ich liebe diesen Kimono und ich wurde super oft angesprochen, woher ich den habe und wie schön das Ding ist. Allerdings ist er leider auch super, super, super unpraktisch. Ich bin damit überall hängen geblieben, sogar in einer Fahrradkette als eine Windböe die Fransen in die Richtung geweht hat. Und laufend gestolpelt über den Kimono bin ich auch, also er ist sehr schön anzusehen, aber nicht wirklich alltagstauglich ;-)))

after an exhausting but exciting Fashion Week in Berlin, I needed a week to calm down. But now I start up again and there are so many things to tell and so many pictures to share. But let's start with one of my outfits for the Fashion Week. I love this Kimono and I got so many positive feedback for it and how beautiful it is. But at the same time this Kimono is the most impractical piece of my closet. With it I got stuck in nearly everything: In my one shoes, which cause me to stumble and I even got caught in a bicyle chain after the wind blow the fringes in it. So I developed some kind of a love-hate relation to it.

Perfect travelling outfit

Hallo meine Lieben,
die Reisezeit beginnt wieder und auch Mister Curvy und ich fahren demnächst in Urlaub. Zusammen mit sehr guten Freunden planen wir einen kleinen Roadtrip nach Kroatien. Ich freue mich schon sehr, aber wie vor jeder Reise, frage ich mich, was ziehe ich an während der langen Fahrt? Dies ist mein diesjähriges Outfit. Bequem und trotzdem mit style!

Couch or Party??!!

Hallo meine Lieben,
das ist ein super bequemes Outfit, welches ich am Sonntag zum Brunchen getragen habe. Ich liebe es Stile zu mixen. Also die Zizzi Hose sagt: Ab auf's Sofa. Aber die Schuhe und das glänzende JUNAROSE T-Shirt schreien eher: Party :-)) Das macht es aus meiner Sicht interessant!

this is a super comfy outfit, which I wore on sunday for brunch. I'm a big fan of mixing casual and dressy pieces in one outfit. My new Zizzi pants ask for the couch, but my sexy high heels and the glittery JUNAROSE t-shirt want to take me to the next party. That's what makes an outfit interesting in my opinion.

Shorter hair, longer cardigan!

Hallo meine Lieben,
ich bin wieder blond und habe viel kürzere Haare. Für mich immer noch ungewohnt und ich trauere ihnen auch noch ein bisschen hinterher. Ich weiß eigentlich gar nicht so genau warum, aber was meine Haare angeht, bin ich eher schwierig und richtig feige. Ich finde mutige Frisuren und Farben so toll, aber ich selbst würde mich das nicht trauen. Wie ist das bei euch?

I cut my hair and I'm a blonde again. For me it's still totally unfamiliar and I kind of mourn after my long curls. I don't know why but when it comes to my hair, I'm somehow difficult and faint-hearted. Bold cuts and colors are great, don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't dare it. What's about you?

Life is a flower

Hallo meine Lieben,
ich bin im Frühlingsfieber. Ich kann mir wirklich kaum etwas Schöneres vorstellen als bei Sonnenschein mit ein paar guten Freunden draußen zu sitzen und einen Aperol Spritz zu trinken. Mehr brauche ich eigentlich gar nicht. Das Outfit ist finde ich für solch einen Anlass perfekt. Die Hose und der Blazer von marua sind wunderbar weich, bequem und stylish cool und ein paar hohe Hacken dazu, geben das passende "Carrie Bradshaw-Feeling".

I love the spring. I can't hardly imagine anything better than sitting with good friends in the sun and enjoying an Aperol Spritz. I can't ask for more. This outfit is like the perfect match for a day like this. The pants and the blazer are from marua and they are wonderful comfy, soft and cool. Paired with some high heels and I feel a little bit like "Carrie Bradshaw"!

The perfect metallic skirt

Hallo meine Süßen,
ich hab mich sofort in diesen Rock verliebt. Leider sprengt er zurzeit wirklich mein Budget. Ich wollte ihn nur mal sehen, anfühlen und tragen. In der leisen Hoffnung, dass er mir gar nicht gefällt und ich Ihn ohne zu zucken zurückschicke, habe ich Ihn mir bestellt. Leider find ich Ihn toll und jetzt ist es noch schwerer ;-((

I immediately felt for this metallic skirt. Unfortunately my purse is painfully empty at the moment and this beauty is out of my budget by far. I just ordered it to see it, feel it and wear it only one time. My faint hope was that the skirt isn’t that great and I could just send it back without turning a hair. But it’s an amazing skirt and now that I saw it in real it’s even more difficult to let it go ;-((

River Island, my Kryptonite!

Hallo Ihr Lieben,
gestern Nacht überkam mich wieder dieses Kribbeln in den Fingern. Kennt Ihr das, Ihr legt alle Sachen, die Ihr schön findet, in den Warenkorb, nur um nachher festzustellen, dass es viel zu teuer ist und um ihn anschließend komplett wieder zu löschen. Das ging mir bei diesen Sachen ungefähr 4-mal so, in der letzten Woche. Das ist so ähnlich, wie wenn wir Frauen (mich eingeschlossen) in Zeitschriften diese Fragebögen "Wer bin ich? Was erwarte ich vom Leben? Bin ich bereit für ein Baby?" beantworten. Erst werden überall Kreuzchen gemacht, anschließend das unbefriedigende Ergebnis gelesen und dann ändern wir vorne einfach die Kreuzchen, sodass der Typ Frau rauskommt, für den wir uns eigentlich halten. Meine Lektion bzw. Botschaft von diesem ganzen Geschreibe ist im Prinzip, dass ich mich die ganze letzte Woche selbst verarscht habe. So wie mir mein Ergebnis in diesen Tests vorher klar ist, das ich aber nicht unbedingt hören will, war mir auch klar, dass ich mir diese Sachen früher oder später, ob nun in einer oder in zwei seperaten Bestellungen bestellen werde. Welche Shops machen euch ein bisschen unzurechnungsfähig?

do you know this itching to order clothes? You are placing countless beautiful pieces in your online shopping card, just to determine afterwards, that your order would be way to expensive and to delete your whole shopping card again. I have been there the last week for about four times with an order with River Island. Kind of simular to that, is the behavior of women (me included) while  answering one of this surveys in women's magazines like: "What's my real nature? What do I expect from life? Am I prepared for becoming a good mom?" First of all we are making everywhere our little crosses and answering this survey, afterwards we read the unsatisfactory result and then we start allover again and change all of our answers/crosses we made before. Basically my lesson and message of writing all of this is, that I was brain fucking myself the whole last week. Just like I know that the unsatisfactory results of this surveys are probably true, I also knew right from the start that I'm gonna order this clothes someway someday. Which shops make you kind of mentally incompetent?

mir geht es ähnlich, ich habe schnell das Gefühl Zuhause zu sein, dazu muss ich mich eigentlich nur halbwegs wohlfühlen. Ich verbinde damit also weniger einen Ort, als mehr ein Gefühl. Dadurch bin ich oft ein wenig rastlos und träume von einem Leben an fremden, aufregend neuen Orten. Wie definiert ihr das Wort Zuhause?

Most essential autumn and winter piece: Great boots

Hallo meine Lieben,
wie Ihr ja alle wisst, sind Schuhe für Frauen nicht einfach "nur" Schuhe. Nein, wir haben ungefähr genauso viele Wörter und Arten von Schuhen, wie Eskimos Wörter haben für Schnee ;-) Für den Herbst und Winter sind es Boots, die mein Herz höher schlagen lassen. Bequem, cool, lässig und einfach zu kombinieren. Von daher war es klar, was ich bei Zalando aussuchen würde. Die perfekten Boots für einen Herbst-Spaziergang. Ich liebe die Details, die Nieten und den Reißverschluss an der Seite, durch den auch eine dicke Wade genügend Platz hat. Zalando hat wirklich eine riesen Auswahl, besonders begeistert bin ich über einige moderne PlusSize-Marken die man dort findet. Da konnte ich einfach nicht widerstehen und musste mir auch noch mein allererstes Kleid von JUNAROSE bestellen ;-)))

as all of you ladies know, shoes aren't "just" shoes for us. No way, we have nearly as many words for different kind of shoes as an Eskimo have for the word snow ;-) During this fall and winter season boots are making my little heart beat faster. Comfy, cool, casual and easy to combine. Therefore I knew immediately what I will choose from Zalando. The perfect Boots for a long walk in autumn. I love the details, the studded sites and the zip, which allows even women with fat calves to fit into these boots perfectly. Zalando offers a giant variety and I'm totally enthusiastic about their modern PlusSize brands. So I wasn't able to resist and also had to order my very first dress von JUNAROSE ;-)))

Curves in denim: The favorite Jeans in my closet

Hallo meine Lieben,
Das Beste kommt zum Schluss. Das wohl wichtigste Kleidungsstück in meinem Kleiderschrank ist meine derzeitige Lieblings-Jeans. Für mich geht nichts ohne sie. Selbst ein Basic-Kack-Outfit wird damit zum Hingucker, einfach weil man sich so wohl fühlt. Im Moment habe ich drei tolle Jeans, die ich liebe!  ;-))

save the best for last. The probably most important piece in my large closet is a good fitting and beautiful jeans. In short jeans are essential for me. Even combined with just basics I feel good, comfy and selfconfident. Lucky me, at the moment I own three pair of jeans I call my favorites! ;-))
