Shorter hair, longer cardigan!

Hallo meine Lieben,
ich bin wieder blond und habe viel kürzere Haare. Für mich immer noch ungewohnt und ich trauere ihnen auch noch ein bisschen hinterher. Ich weiß eigentlich gar nicht so genau warum, aber was meine Haare angeht, bin ich eher schwierig und richtig feige. Ich finde mutige Frisuren und Farben so toll, aber ich selbst würde mich das nicht trauen. Wie ist das bei euch?

I cut my hair and I'm a blonde again. For me it's still totally unfamiliar and I kind of mourn after my long curls. I don't know why but when it comes to my hair, I'm somehow difficult and faint-hearted. Bold cuts and colors are great, don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't dare it. What's about you?

Hallo meine Lieben,

boah ist das Leben im Moment stressig, da ist es toll, ein Outfit im Petto zu haben, das einem immer gefällt, welches bequem, aber auch für fast jeden Zweck passend ist. Für mich ist das derzeit dieses Outfit. Ich liebe die Schuhe einfach und sie passen perfekt zum Blazer und dann noch schnell meine derzeitige Lieblings-Pants an und der Tag kann beginnen. Habt ihr auch Outfits die eure "all time favorites" sind?

omg life is so stressful at the moment, therefore it's great to have a outfit you always love to wear in your sleeve, which is comfy but also suitable for almost every purpose and situation. This outfit below is definitely one of thoses for me. I love these boots and they match the blazer and those pants are my favorite ones at present. Wintertime sadness

heute nur ein ganz kurzes Hallo. Auf der Arbeit ist im Moment so viel los und Winter nervt mich auch. Ich will endlich wieder meine ganzen Sandalen und Kleidchen tragen. Wie geht es euch? Vermisst ihr den Sommer?

Hi Ihr Süßen,
ich muss wirklich sagen, ich habe einige Zeit überlegt ob ich diesen Post mache. Aber wenn ich es nicht tun würde, wäre ich nicht ich. Damit Ihr wisst warum ich das schreibe, das letzte Mal als ich diese Lederhose in einem Post getrragen habe, habe ich einen Kommentar von Anonym bekommen, mit der Aussagen, dass er oder sie die Hose unpassend für meine Figur findet. Ich habe sehr lange darüber nachgedacht. Was ist denn passend für eine kurvige Frau?
Ich habe Kurven und die meiste Zeit mag ich sie und ich weiß nicht warum ich sie verstecken sollte. Oder warum gewisse Stoffe, Muster, Farben oder Schnitte tabu sein sollten, es geht doch um eine tolle Kombination. Aus meiner Sicht ist alles passend zu mir, was meine (hoffentlich vorhandene) Kreativität zeigt, mir Spaß macht und einige vielleicht inspiriert!

I really have to say, that I thought very hard and long if I really should do this post. But finally I came to the conclusion that I have to do it, because I am what I am. Why am I writing that? The last time I was wearing this leather pants, I got an anonym comment in which he or she stated that he or she thinks this pants are not appropriate for my figur. I really thought long and hard about this comment. What is then appropriate for a curvy women?
Yes, I've got curves and most of the time I like them. I don't know why I should hit them. Or why some materials, patterns, prints, colors or cuts shouldn't be appropriate for curvy women. In my opinion the combination is the key. And fashion is about inspiration and creativity no matter in which size.

Now more than ever!

Letzte Woche habe ich von Sheego die Email bekommen, das ich leider nicht unter die letzten 12 Auserwählten zur Wahl der "Miss Kurvenstar 2012" gekommen bin. Ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht, aber gleichzeitig fühle ich mich zur Zeit eigentlich recht wohl in meiner Haut. Und das ist der Grund, warum ich ab heute die ganze kommende Woche nur Outfits posten werde, in denen ich mich sexy fühle und Kurven zeige. Also jetzt erst recht! Hoffe euch gefällt es und würde mich über jede Bloggerin freuen die mitmacht und Ihrer Kurven auspackt ;-)

Last week I got an email from Sheego, where I applied weeks before to become the new "Miss Curvy Star 2012", with the sad message that I'm unfortunately not one of the last 12 women they have choosen ;-(  I was kind of disappointed, but also I feel comfortable in my body more than ever before. So I decided to post a whole week just outfits in which I feel sexy and showing off my curves;-) Hope you'll enjoy the upcoming week ;-)

Black leather pants breaking the rules

Nach euren tollen Kommentaren zu meinem letzten Post, dachte ich wage ich mehr :-) Ich trage eine Lederhose bzw. eine gewaxte schwarze Jeans. Erst war ich ganz lange am überlegen, ob ich so etwas tragen kann, weil das so ziemlich das Erste ist, was man als kurvige Frau gesagt bekommt: "Keine glänzenden Materialen, die betonen die vermeintlichen Problemzonen". Aber egal, vielleicht ist die Hose nicht die Vorteilhafteste, aber ich finde sie richtig toll. Gerade die Mischung mit eine längern Strickjacke nimmt der Hose jeden vielleicht anrüchigen Touch (den man Leder manchmal nachsagt) und bildet aus meiner Sicht einen tollen Kontrast. Was meint ihr?


Because of all your nice comments on my last post, I thought let's risk even more ;-) Yes I'm wearing leather pants or better a waxed black jeans. I considered so long if I could wear this kind of pants, because the first thing every curvy girl is told: "Don't wear shining materials, it will highlight your problem areas!" But who cares? I really like this pants especially in combination with this long cardigan in nude. It dress the pants down and give the outfit a nice contrast. What do you think?
