Take or toss it

Hallo Ihr Süßen,
die stressige Vorweihnachtszeit hat mich voll im Griff, nichtsdestotrotz habe ich mir mal wieder ein paar Sachen bestellt. Und an dieser Stelle kommt Ihr ins Spiel ;-)) Ich finde diese neu bestellte Boyfriend Cardigan richtig toll, sie ist super weich und warm und eigentlich jeden der 56 Euro wert, die sie kostet. Trotzdem weiß ich nicht, ob ich sie behalten soll, eigentlich ist doch jetzt die Zeit andere zu beschenken ;-) Was meint ihr, soll ich die Cardigan behalten oder zurückschicken? Und kennt Ihr diese Unsicherheit, obwohl alles an der Klamotte stimmt?

the pre-christmas period have me totally under controll, nevertheless I managed to order some new clothes. And that's where you come into play ;-) This new ordered boyfriend cardigan is just great. It's comfy, warm and super soft and to be honest it's worth very of the 56 Euro it costs. Anyway I'm not sure if I want to keep it. What do you think should I keep it or send it back?

On my knees

Hallo meine Süßen,

jede Frau hat wohl irgendeinen Komplex, egal wie selbstbewusst man ist. Bei mir sind es (neben einigen anderen Dingen ;-)) die Knie. Ich hasse meine Knie. Sie sind einfach viel zu knubbelig. Daher sind Overknee Boots perfekt :-)))

Ich finde die Stiefel werden beides, sowohl über- als auch unterbewertet und zwar aus dem selben Grund. Sie werden oft als sehr sexy, fast schon anrüchig dargestellt und in eine Schublade gepackt, die wie ich finde nicht immer passt. Trotzdem muss man bei einem Outfit mit Overknees aus meiner Sicht darauf verzichten, etwas zu tragen das zu sexy, zu kurz oder zu eng ist. Ist das burgunder farbende Kleid nicht toll ?;-)) Werd es wohl nächsten Samstag auf einer Party anziehen :-))

almost every woman suffer with some kind of complexe no matter how self confident she is in general. For example me, I hate my knees. So for shorter dresses and skirts overknee boots are just perfect. :-)))

In my opinion these kind of boots are both underestimated and overrated, for the same reason. Many people put them in the box "very sexy" almost objectionable. But I think this image these boots have, is not right in every way. It depends how you wear them, in which combination. My "rules" for wearing overknee boots are: avoid anything else very sexy, too short or close-fitting in your outfit. I paired them with my new burgundy colored dress. I already love it and will wear it on saturday for a party night ;-)))

Mellow Yellow

Hallo meine lieben,
das tolle am Herbst ist es doch, sich in diese super flauschige Strickjacken schmeißen zu können ohne sie anschließend unter dicken Jacken verstecken zu müssen. Was ich an dieser Cardigan liebe ist, dass ich mich damit einmal komplett einwickeln kann ;-) Ich weiß, grober Strick ist eigentlich nicht das vorteilhafteste, aber ich liebe das Gefühl so warm eingepackt zu sein und dann scheiß auf vorteilhaft. Habt ihr auch solche Kleidungsstücke, wo Ihr wisst da gibt es bestimmt vorteilhaftere in eurem Schrank, aber ihr liebt es einfach trotzdem sie zu trragen?

the greatest thing about the autumn, is that you can wear all this fleecy cardigans outside and you don’t have to hide them under a big winter jacket. What I love most about this cardigan in particular, is that I can wrap my whole body in it ;-) I know thick knit can be unflattering for a curvy women but I love this feeling to be dressed in several layers of warm clothes so I don’t give a shi... if flattering or not. Do you also have this kind of clothes? You know there are other pieces in your closet which fit you better but you simply love wearing them.

My new high heel clogs

Die letzten Tage war es kalt in Deutschland ;-( (Aber heute wird's besser;-) Und ich bin ein Frostköttel, aber mit dieser Strickjacke ist alles und überall warm. Die Schuhe habe ich am Samstag bei Primark gefunden und mich sofort verliebt. Da waren keine Diskussionen mit meinem gering ausgeprägten "sparsamen Ich" möglich ;-)

Unfortunately it's not really a summer in Germany the last days, it's more like fall, cold and rainy all the time :-( But with these cardigans I just don't care. It's warm in every situation :-) These shoes I bought on saturtay and I'm already deeply in love with them. There was no discussion with myself if buying or not :-)

About shoelove and the printed shirt

Das T-Shirt habe ich bei Timna gesehen und fand's sofort total toll. Es erinnert mich an Versace mit seinen großen Prints mit goldenen Löwen. Als ist es dann bei Primark sah, musste ich es einfach kaufen.

Diese Schuhe und ich haben eine lange Liebesgeschichte, tragisch nur das sie bereits an eine andere Person vergeben sind! Sie gehören meiner Mutter ;-) Immer wenn ich Zuhause bei meinem Mama bin, geh ich an ihren Schuhschrank und muss sie einfach anziehen, auch wenn ich nur in Jogginghose auf dem Sofa rumgammel ;-)

When I first saw this T-Shirt on Timna's blog, I immediately felt in love. It reminds me of versace prints with this big golden lions. I just had to buy it, when I saw it at Primark for only 6€.
These shoes and I share a never ending love story, tragic is that they are already taken. These shoes belong to my mother. ;-) Everytime while being home at my mothers place, I have to go to her shoe bin and put them on. Even when I'm in my jogging pants and just relaxing on the couch ;-)

So girlish with mouse ballerina

Diese Maus-Ballerina habe ich vor einiger Zeit im Internet von Marc by Marc Jacobs entdeckt. Ich fand sie von Anfang an total süß, aber nicht für den Preis. Wenn ich einmal mehr Geld für Kleidung ausgebe, dann sind das eher zeitlose Klassiker. Letzte Woche hat mich dann meine liebe Arbeitskollegin Anna mit diesen tollen Ballerinas überrascht, die sie für 13 € in Braunschweig gefunden hatte.


I saw this mouse ballerina already a while ago from Marc by Marc Jacobs online. It was love at the first sign, but they are way to pricy for me. When I buy pricy pieces they have to be timeless classics. In the last week my lovely colleague Anna surprised me with this mouse ballerina, which she bought in Braunschweig for just 13 €.

Black leather pants breaking the rules

Nach euren tollen Kommentaren zu meinem letzten Post, dachte ich wage ich mehr :-) Ich trage eine Lederhose bzw. eine gewaxte schwarze Jeans. Erst war ich ganz lange am überlegen, ob ich so etwas tragen kann, weil das so ziemlich das Erste ist, was man als kurvige Frau gesagt bekommt: "Keine glänzenden Materialen, die betonen die vermeintlichen Problemzonen". Aber egal, vielleicht ist die Hose nicht die Vorteilhafteste, aber ich finde sie richtig toll. Gerade die Mischung mit eine längern Strickjacke nimmt der Hose jeden vielleicht anrüchigen Touch (den man Leder manchmal nachsagt) und bildet aus meiner Sicht einen tollen Kontrast. Was meint ihr?


Because of all your nice comments on my last post, I thought let's risk even more ;-) Yes I'm wearing leather pants or better a waxed black jeans. I considered so long if I could wear this kind of pants, because the first thing every curvy girl is told: "Don't wear shining materials, it will highlight your problem areas!" But who cares? I really like this pants especially in combination with this long cardigan in nude. It dress the pants down and give the outfit a nice contrast. What do you think?

Maritime outfit with Chanel look-alike jacket

Nach so einer Jacke habe ich sehr lange gesucht und habe sie nun bei Primark runtergesetzt auf 11 € gefunden. Superfreude ;-) Sie sieht aus wie ein Chanel-Jäckchen. Ich habe entschlossen Sie im maritimen Muster-Mix zusammen mit einem gestreiften Top zu kombinieren. Leider it ein Streifen-Top so ziemlich das einzige was in meinem Kleiderschrank fehlt, daher habe ich einfach eine Strickjacke verkehrt herum angezogen ;-)

I can't tell you for how long I was actually seaching for such a jacket. On saturday I finally found it at Primark in sale for only 11 € :-) It looks a lot like a Chanel jacket. I decided to combine it in a maritime mix of pattern together with a striped top. Because I don't have such a top, I wore a cardigan just upside down ;-) Hope you like it!
