My walk-in-closet

Hallo meine Lieben,
im Moment ist bei mir der Wurm drin. Ich habe eine Augenüberreizung und sehe wie ein Zombi mit roten Augen aus. Leider kann ich auch nicht wirklich viel sehen, da Kontaktlinsen erstmal verboten sind und ich meine Brille erst morgen bekomme ;-(
Um euch trotzdem ein Lebenszeichen von mir zu geben, dachte ich veröffentliche ich heute einen Post, den ich schon vor einiger Zeit vorbereitet habe. Als wir letztes Jahr umgezogen sind, habe ich mir einen großen Wunsch erfüllt, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Er ist mein "ganzer Stolz" und jeder der in meine Wohnung kommt wird reingeschleppt, ob er will oder nicht ;-) Heute will ich ihn euch zeigen ;-)

at the moment I feel kind of jinxed. Now I've got an overstimulation of my eyes and I look like a red-eyed zombie. Unfortunately I can't see very good, cause contact lens are forbitten right now and my new glasses are just arriving tomorrow ;-( But to give you a proof of life, I now publish a post I prepared some time ago. It's about "my proud" my walk-in-closet and how I organize it.

Some tips:
- Use the same clothes hanger
- Use boxes and drawers for stuff which shouldn't everybody see
- Organize it by color or type of clothes (that's what I do)
- Become inventive and use every space you got. For example my shoe closets are actually Ikea Billy book shelves. There wasn't any space left at the walls so I needed a cheap element for the middle of the room. I placed them back-to-back.

Hi Ihr Lieben,
sorry für die lange Abwesenheit, aber erst hatte ich sehr viel Streß und dann ging es mir Ende der Woche nicht so gut. Und ich musste zum Zahnarzt. Große Panik, ich hasse Zahnärzte ;-) Naja heute zeige ich euch mein entspanntes Samstags-Outfit zum Möbel-Shoppen. Ich weiß nicht wie es euch geht, aber oft fühlt sich Frau ja ohne meine Handtasche ein bisschen nackt. Doch manchmal ist es total befreiend für mich nichts schleppen zu müssen und einfach ein bisschen bummeln zu gehen ohne auf eine Tasche aufpassen zu müssen. PS.: Im Moment stehe ich voll auf Broschen :-)

Hi my sweethearts,

sorry for the long absence of mine, in the beginning of that week I had lot of stress and the last days I wasn't feeling so good. And I had to go to the dentist. Great panik, I hate going to the dentist ;-) Well, today I show you my relaxed saturday outfit to go furniture shopping. I don't know how you feel about that, but often women feel kind of naked without a bag, it's the same with me. But sometimes when I just dilly-dally a little bit through the city, I feel freed without a bag which I have to carry and pay attention to. PS.: This fall I love brooches :-)

Three fashion trends in one outfit



Hi Ihr Lieben,

erst einmal Danke an euch alle für die tollen und aufmunternden Kommentar. Am Samstag fühlte ich mich 3 cm größer :-) Ich habe die Fashion Week ein bisschen verfolgt und dabei sind mir drei Trends aufgefallen, die ich sehr schön und spannend finde. Ich habe sie mal zu einem Outfit kombiniert und wart auf den neuen Monat um Sie euch getragen zeigen zu können ;-)))

first of all thank you for your great and encouraging comments. On saturday I felt immediately 2 inches taller ;-) I watched a lot of the fashion week shows and collections online and there are three fashion trends of the upcoming saison that I really like. I combined these trends to my dream outfit for this fall, I just has to wait for the new month to start ordering the new clothes ;-)))



Three fashion week trends 2012: Skirt and pullover | Material Blocking | Sequins and shiny materials

Skirt and pullover:
Dieser Trend hat sich jetzt schon eine Weile abgezeichnet. Ist nicht mehr wirklich super neu und auch bereits in vielen Zeitschriften zu finden. This trend is already there. I like it, but I don't think it's totally new because you can already see this combination in magazins and on the streets.

Sequins and shiny materials | Deluxe materials:
Metallisch glänzende Materialien, die an raschelndes Bonbon-Papier erinnern und auch holografische Silberfolien werden die kommende Saison ein riesen Thema sein. Metallike shiny materials, that reminds you of crinkly candy foil wrapper and also material like holographic silver films will dominate the next saison.

Material Blocking:
Die logische Steigerung von Color Blocking aus der letzten Saison und Material-Mix in dieser Saison ist für die kommende Zeit das Material Blocking. Muster sind nicht mehr nur einfach aufgedruckt oder gewebt, sondern entstehen durch verschiedenster Stoffe und Materialien die zusammengefügt werden. The logical step-up of color blocking and material mix is in this upcoming saison material blocking. Patterns aren't just printed on the fabric any longer but rather emerge from the combination of very different fabrics and materials.

The right to wear what ever you want!

Hi Ihr Süßen,
ich muss wirklich sagen, ich habe einige Zeit überlegt ob ich diesen Post mache. Aber wenn ich es nicht tun würde, wäre ich nicht ich. Damit Ihr wisst warum ich das schreibe, das letzte Mal als ich diese Lederhose in einem Post getrragen habe, habe ich einen Kommentar von Anonym bekommen, mit der Aussagen, dass er oder sie die Hose unpassend für meine Figur findet. Ich habe sehr lange darüber nachgedacht. Was ist denn passend für eine kurvige Frau?
Ich habe Kurven und die meiste Zeit mag ich sie und ich weiß nicht warum ich sie verstecken sollte. Oder warum gewisse Stoffe, Muster, Farben oder Schnitte tabu sein sollten, es geht doch um eine tolle Kombination. Aus meiner Sicht ist alles passend zu mir, was meine (hoffentlich vorhandene) Kreativität zeigt, mir Spaß macht und einige vielleicht inspiriert!

I really have to say, that I thought very hard and long if I really should do this post. But finally I came to the conclusion that I have to do it, because I am what I am. Why am I writing that? The last time I was wearing this leather pants, I got an anonym comment in which he or she stated that he or she thinks this pants are not appropriate for my figur. I really thought long and hard about this comment. What is then appropriate for a curvy women?
Yes, I've got curves and most of the time I like them. I don't know why I should hit them. Or why some materials, patterns, prints, colors or cuts shouldn't be appropriate for curvy women. In my opinion the combination is the key. And fashion is about inspiration and creativity no matter in which size.

Favorite fall combination: Red and leo

Hi Ihr Lieben,
eine meiner Lieblings-Kombinationen in diesem Herbst ist Leo-Muster mit Rot. Also habe ich meine uralten Leo-Pumps ausgegraben und mit meiner rostroten Hose kombiniert und so gings zum Sushi essen :-) Als ergänzende Farben finde ich schwarz, nude und gold toll. Diesen Multifinger-Ring mit einem Kreuz habe ich mir bei Primark gekauft und wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann, ist er leider schon nach den ersten Minuten kaputt gegangen. Auch wenn er nur 2 € gekostet hat, bringe ich den definitiv zurück! ;-)

Hi my dears,
one of my favorite combinations for this fall is to wear something red together with a leo print. So I dug out my age-old pumps with a leo print and combined them with my rust red colored pants for a dinner at a sushi bar :-) As supplementary colors I like to wear black, nude and gold. The new multifinger cross ring, I'm wearing, is from Primark. Unfortunately it broke already during taking the first pictures. Even when it was just 2 bucks I'll definitely exchange it in store! ;-)

ich muss euch das einfach schnell schreiben, die bezaubernde Katha von Kathastrophal hat mich (und einige andere Blogger) schon vor einiger Zeit gefragt, ob ich für sie "in Urlaubsvertretung" einen Gastpost auf ihrem tollen Blog machen möchte. Red lips and snake prints

Hi meine Lieben,

wer meinen Blog schon ein bisschen verfolgt hat weiß, dass ich nie besonders viel Make-Up trage. Nicht weil ich es nicht mag, sondern eher weil ich es nicht so besonders gut kann und mich dann schnell verkleidet fühle. Am letzten Samstag wollte ich aber unbedingt mal was neues ausprobieren und deshalb habe ich mir meinen ersten Lippenstift gekauft :-) Ich hoffe es gefällt euch. Das ist übrigens auch der neue Rundschal im Schrank :-)

everyone who already knows my blog and me a little bit, also knows that I'm not really wearing lots of make-up. Not because I don't like to, it's more that I'm not really talented when it comes to make-up and I feel kind of disguised very fast. Last saturday I decided that I want to try something new and that was the moment I bought my very first lipstick :-) I hope you like it. By the way this is my new Square Snood :-)
